Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund policy document only pertains to the online courses and not to the physical centers and franchise business. They are linked with their own separate refund documents which are shared separately. 

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with the service, We invite You to review our policy on cancellations and refunds.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refunds and Cancellation Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Company name, Address.

Services refer to the dance classes offered for sale.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Service from Us. A single order typically denotes purchase of 8 dance classes, unless otherwise mentioned in the invoiced or agreed upon by both parties via written documentation.

Website refers to Company name, accessible from “website link”

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Orders once made cannot be cancelled under any circumstance. However, you are welcome to discontinue after full completion of the Order. As the Order is pre-paid, no further Order from You will be deemed as an interest to discontinue.

Conditions for Refunds

Growinn Steps Preschool reserves the right to cancel the admission/registration of the student during any period of the academic session. Once the student admission process is completed, no refund of fees to the student would be entertained.

In order to be eligible for a refund, at least one of the following conditions need to be met:

Any extra payment received by us above the Order value (refund shall be processes immediately)

Any payment failure (refund shall be initiated by the payments bank and timing will depend on processing time of the intermediaries)

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
