The domain name www.growinnsteps.com and the Grow inn Steps app (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) is registered under the name of RLN EDUCATION & LEARNING PVT LTD. The Platform is an e-platform operating a B2C education marketplace and provides services in an integrated manner including but not limited to the following:
- Operating as a marketplace for educational services and providing a very wide range of courses and skill development trainings including but not limited to academic subjects, music, dance, calligraphy, languages, etc. for learners and students from all walks of life;
- Such other ancillary and allied services in support and furtherance of the aforementioned services as may be required.
Visitors to this Platform, by the act of clicking on “Yes, I agree”, shall be bound to subject themselves to the applicability of the following terms and conditions of use of the Platform and online services (hereinafter “Terms”). Please read the Terms carefully before proceeding to use this Platform. By proceeding, you are agreeing to abide by all the Terms set forth below. The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall refer to Grow inn Steps. “You” “Your” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has accessed the Platform after agreeing to the Terms or has agreed to become a trainer or learner on the Platform by registering on the Platform and using the computer systems.
Please note that these Terms are subject to changes, which are necessitated from time to time, on account of changes in applicable laws, rules, regulation, the evolution of technological standards, changes in safety and security standards etc. We shall, at our sole discretion, alter, modify, add or delete parts or wholly the Terms, at any time, without giving You any notice.
We request You to periodically check these Terms to be aware of any changes which may periodically be made. Your subsequent visits to Our Platform, after Your first count of accessing the Platform and clicking on “I Agree” option, shall mean that You accept and agree to the changes.
You agree, understand and acknowledge that this is an online Platform that enables You to purchase the services listed on the Platform at the price indicated therein or as agreed between You (as the trainer or learner/student, as the case may be) and the counter party (as the trainer or learner/student, as the case may be), at any time from any location. You further agree and acknowledge that Platform is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner, any transactions on the Platform. Accordingly, the contract of rendering services on the Platform shall be strictly a bipartite contract between You and the counter party on the Platform.
The document containing these Terms is an electronic record as envisaged under the Information Technology Act, 2000, as amended from time to time, and rules there under, as applicable. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
Services
The website and the app are a Platform in the form of an electronic marketplace and an intermediary that-
- provides a medium for the trainers/instructors (hereinafter “Trainers”) to advertise, exhibit, make available and offer their educational services to the learners/students customers (hereinafter “Learners”);
- provides a website and the app for Learners to accept the services of the Trainers on offer on the Platform and to make payments for such services;
- provides services to facilitate the engagement of Trainers and Learners on the Platform; and
- such other services that are incidental and ancillary thereto.
Membership Eligibility
You affirm that You are more than 18 (eighteen) years of age and fully competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth herein and to abide by and comply with these Terms. If you are under 18 (eighteen) years of age, You confirm that You possess legal parental or guardian consent to abide by and comply with the Terms.
Your registration and Account obligations
There is no requirement to register with Us to merely visit and browse the Platform, but to access and avail the Services being offered, you will need to create a password-protected account. You shall be solely responsible for all the actions that are undertaken by You through your account. You may be held liable to make good any losses incurred, on account of your failure to keep your account details confidential or any unauthorised access to Your account through Your negligence. You must keep all details pertaining to access of Your account confidential and prevent any unauthorised access to Your account. You must immediately bring to Our notice (a) in case of any unauthorised use of Your account and any other breach of security; (b)in the event You are experiencing technical difficulties/ error/ glitches which may be preventing You from accessing the Platform or the services being provided; or (c) if any of Your rights are stated erroneously or incorrectly on the Platform.
You shall ensure that all personal information provided by You as part of the registration and the ‘Know Your Customer’ process is true, correct, complete and updated in all regards to keep the information accurate, current and complete. If We discover or have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided by You is untrue, incorrect, incomplete and not updated, We have the right to suspend Your account in perpetuity and restrict Your access of the Platform.
Communications
When You access our Platform, You are establishing correspondence with Us electronically. You agree to receive communication from Us vide WhatsApp, e-mail, telephone or by posting notices on the Platform, as and when the necessity arises.
By registering on www.growinnsteps.com, You agree to the Platform reaching out to You through email, SMS (Short Message Service) and through telecommunication (mobile, landline or any other medium) for all purposes such as services and offers, marketing and advertising communication, transaction details, transaction tracking, polls, auctions, surveys, official Grown inn Steps correspondences and for any other purpose. You also agree that We may share such information for marketing and advertising, referrals and increasing business opportunities for the Trainers and the Learners on the Platform, subject to and in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.growinnsteps.com/privacy-policy/).
License to use the Platform
Subject to Your compliance with all applicable Policies and Agreements, Grown inn Steps hereby grants You a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for the time You have a registered account with us, to solely access and use the Platform in accordance with the Terms. You expressly undertake not to reverse-engineer, modify, amend, reproduce, republish, translate into any language or computer language, re-transmit in any form or by any means, resell or redistribute the Platform or its contents and features including any collection and use of any service listings, descriptions, prices, derivative use of the Platform or its contents, downloading/ copying of account information for the benefit of another Trainer, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. Any unauthorised use of the Platform by You immediately terminates this license/permission granted by Grown inn Steps.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As an online service provider, We are not responsible for the conduct of our Users, however We want Grow Inn Steps to be a safe place on the internet. By accessing the Platform, You undertake to Grown inn Steps that You will not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited under these Terms. You specifically agree to not use the Platform in any manner:
- that would damage, disable or impair the Platform or any of its functionalities and cause disruption of other User’s access to the Platform;
- which belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right;
- that is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever;
- that harm minors in any way;
- that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
- that violates any law for the time being in force;
- that deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
- that impersonate another person;
- that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
- that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation;
- that encourages, promotes or indulges in gambling or money laundering under the applicable anti-corruption and money laundering laws; and
- and not use any program, software, algorithm, bot or any manual process to copy or acquire any portion of the Platform or any other material that You are not authorized to access;
- threatens public health or safety; promotion of cigarettes or any other tobacco products or consumption of intoxicant including alcohol and Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS) & like products that enable nicotine delivery except for the purpose & in the manner and to the extent, as may be approved under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules made thereunder;
- threatens critical information infrastructure.
Grown inn Steps reserves the right to take strict legal action if We discover that attempts were made to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform not available to User, hacking of registered user accounts, password mining, any attempt to impair the security of the Platform and any other illegitimate means.
Pricing Information
While Grow inn Steps strives to provide accurate pricing information for the services listed on the Platform, pricing errors or typographical errors may still occur. The price of a service listed on the Platform cannot be confirmed until the Learner has placed the order/booked the class/training. Grow inn Steps may change prices at any time, including charging for services that were previously offered free of charge; provided, however, that Grow inn Steps will provide You with prior notice of changes the price of a Service to which You have subscribed and will not charge You for a previously free Service unless You have been notified of the applicable fees and agreed to pay such fees.
Ranking & Search Parameters
Trainers and services are ranked on the Platform based on parameters such as keyword relevancy, service listing completeness, click through rate, customer rating, conversion rate, paid advertisement listing and are generated using a neutral algorithm search.
Payments related Information
You agree to provide correct and accurate identification details of the credit card/ debit card or any other pre-paid instrument to the payment aggregator/payment gateway approved by Grown inn Steps. You shall not make unauthorised use of any credit card/debit card/pre-paid instruments not owned by You. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your credit/debit card details or pre-paid instrument account. Grown inn Steps shall not incur any liabilities arising out of consequence of any unauthorized use of Your credit/ debit card or pre-paid instrument account.
Payment Facility for Your orders
Grown inn Steps shall employ third party payment service providers including wallets to facilitate the payment between Trainers and Learners and for collection of Grown inn Steps’ fees, including Service fees, listing fees, subscription fees, or any other fee or charge associated with Your account. These third party payment service providers may include third party banking or credit card payment gateways, payment aggregators, pre-paid instruments or through any facility, as may be authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for collection, refund and remittance of payment.
Third Party Content
Through the Platform, You will have the ability to access and/or use content provided by Trainers offered as part of their Services and links to websites maintained by third parties. Grow inn Steps cannot guarantee that such third-party content will be free of material You may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate or of malware or other contaminants that may harm Your computer, mobile device, or any files therein. Grow inn Steps also does not have any control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. In addition, Grow inn Steps will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party website. Grow inn Steps disclaims any responsibility or liability related to Your access or use of such third-party content or websites and by using the Platform, You expressly relieve Grow inn Steps from any and all liability arising from Your use of any third-party website, content or services.
Grown inn Steps Chat and Forum Etiquettes
Grown inn Steps shall provide a chat facility for provisioning an interface between Trainers and Learners which shall be used as a tool for questions, clarifications, information exchange and other such constructive purposes. By using the chat facility, You undertake that You shall not:
- harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, spam, violate privacy, use grossly insulting, objectionable libelous, obscene, defamatory and disparaging statements;
- upload in any form offensive, pornographic, pedophilic, profane, sexually explicit, hateful, racially or ethically objectionable, disparaging, or indecent image, videos, text or any such material;
- constitute, conspire or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate law;
- directly or indirectly, offer, attempt to offer, trade or attempt to trade in any item, the dealing of which is prohibited or restricted in any manner under the provisions of any applicable law, rule, regulation or guideline for the time being in force;
- violate, plagiarize or infringe the rights of any third party including, without limitation copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity, or any other right of any third party;
- contain any information advertising of any kind unless You are a registered Trainer;
- constitute or contain false or misleading indications of origin or statements of fact;
- upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer;
- conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters;
- harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;
- use the Grow inn Steps account belonging to another person and to which You do not have right to;
- harm minors in any way;
- impersonate another person;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation;
- threatens public health or safety; promotion of cigarettes or any other tobacco products or consumption of intoxicant including alcohol and Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS) & like products; and
- violate any applicable laws or regulations.
In the event You come across any abuse or violation of these etiquettes as provided above or if You become aware of any objectionable content on the Platform, please use the “Flag and Report” option that Grow inn Steps provides.
User/Customer generated remarks, feedback and content
The Platform may allow You to post Your content, such as worksheets, quizzes, assignments, evaluations, examinations, projects and other documents or certain remark, opinion, feedback or information of Your own, such as allowing You to post Your comments, reviews and ratings in relation to services provided at the Platform, as well as submit any suggestions, comments, questions or other information to Grow inn Steps using the Platform (“User Content”). You hereby grant Grow inn Steps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display User Content throughout the world in any media and right to use the name that You submit in connection with the User content.
You shall be responsible for any User Content that You upload, post, publish, transmit or otherwise make available on the Platform. You represent and warrant that You own or have obtained all relevant consents and approvals to the User Content that You post and that use of the User Content does not breach any applicable Platform policies or guidelines and will not cause injury to any person or entity (including that the User Content is not defamatory). You agree to indemnify the Platform for all claims brought by a third party arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these warranties. Grow inn Steps does not certify or endorse any User Content posted on the Platform and is not responsible or liable respect thereof. Grow inn Steps shall reserve the right to disable access to any User Content on the Platform.
Non-Solicitation and Anti-Spam
You shall not engage in the solicitation of Trainers or Learners and You will not transmit any chain letters or unsolicited commercial or junk email to other Users via the Platform. It shall be a violation of these Terms to use any information obtained from the Platform in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to another person without Our prior explicit consent.
Privacy
We view protection of Your privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that You and Your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information (as defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011, as amended from time to time) are one of Our most important assets. We store and process Your Information including any Sensitive Personal Information collected, if any, on computers or servers that may be protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules there under. Our current Privacy Policy is available at https://www.growinnsteps.com/privacy-policy/. If You object to Your Information being transferred or used in this manner, please do not use the Platform.
Trademark & Patent Notice
Grown inn Steps logo is a registered trade mark in India. All other trade marks, service marks and patented processes that appear on this Platform are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to refer to them.
Copyright
All content included on the Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property Grown inn Steps or its content suppliers and is protected by Copyright laws.
Use of Material on the Platform
Any material on the Platform is reserved solely for Your personal and non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and You must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other Platform or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trade marks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited.
You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trade marks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is Grow inn Steps’ policy to terminate registration of a User who repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of prompt notification to Grow inn Steps by the copyright owner.
Intellectual Property Infringement Notification
Grown inn Steps respects the intellectual property belonging to others, takes any event of intellectual property infringement seriously and is committed to helping third parties protect their rights. Anti-Corruption Laws
You will comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations and codes relating to anti-corruption, anti-bribery and money laundering (collectively, “Anti-Corruption Laws”). You will not engage in any activity, practice or conduct which would constitute a breach of any of these Anti-Corruption Laws, or cause Grown inn Steps to be in breach of such laws.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Grown inn Steps, its parents, affiliates, licensees and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents for, from and against all liabilities, claims damages and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Platform, actions or inactions or your violation or alleged violation of the Terms.
Disclaimer
You hereby expressly acknowledge and undertake that You are accessing the Platform and transacting solely at Your own risk and are using Your best judgment before entering into any transaction through the Platform. We shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of the Trainers or other affiliate service providers on the Platform, nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties made by them.
We further expressly disclaim any warranties or representations (express or implied) in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the services listed or displayed or transacted or the content on the Platform. While we have taken precautions to avoid inaccuracies in content, this Platform, all its content, software and services are provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that Grown inn Steps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary tangible or intangible losses or damages arising out of:
- Your use or failure to use this Platform and services provided by it;
- Obtaining substitute services, identical or not, at a lesser price;
- Any action or representation of any third party;
- Any other matter related to the Platform, services and materials hosted by it; and
- Any violation of Anti-Corruption Laws by You or a third party in association with You.
Viruses and Malwares
The possibility of transmission of viruses and other malwares over the internet will always persist and We warn you about possible contamination of Your system. We assure you that We undertake best efforts to prevent any such malware transmission over the usage of Our Platform. However, it shall be Your responsibility to scan the Platform and any downloaded material from the Platform. Grown inn Steps shall not be liable for any damages caused by any malware or related losses, even if the virus originated from the Platform. You shall assume the entire cost necessary for repair, restoration, servicing and cleansing with respect to such malwares.
Termination
Grown inn Steps, may in its discretion, change, discontinue, modify, restrict, suspend or terminate the Platform or any part of it without any notice or liability to You or any other person. Further, Grown inn Steps reserves the right to, at any time, terminate or restrict, temporarily or permanently, Your permission to access and use the Platform without any notice or liability to You or any other person. If Your access or use all or any part of the Platform is terminated for any reason, then these Terms will continue to apply and be binding upon You in connection to Your prior access to and use of the Platform, and anything connected with therefrom.
Term
Grow inn Steps will terminate a User’s access/ account to the Platform, if –
- the User is a copyright infringer;
- the User breaches any of the Terms;
- there is violation of any applicable laws;
- Your use of the Platform disrupts Our business operations or affects any other party/ User; or
- You have behaved in a way, which objectively could be regarded as inappropriate or unlawful or illegal or which would bring any claims against Grow inn Steps.
Grow inn Steps reserves the right to decide whether User Content violates these Terms for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, or derogatory or any other parameter that We deems fit from time to time. Grow inn Steps may at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, remove such User Content and/or terminate a User’s Account for submitting such material in violation of these Terms. Upon suspension or termination of the User’s Account, User’s access will be terminated immediately, and the User will not be able to access the said terminated Account. We may suspend access to the Platform or require You to change your Password if We reasonably believe that the Platform has been or is likely to be misused, and We will notify You accordingly. Any termination of Your registration and/or Account on the Platform will not affect liability previously incurred by You.
Principal to Principal Relationship
Nothing in these Terms will be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, association of persons, agency (disclosed or undisclosed), franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between You and Grown inn Steps. Grown inn Steps shall not have any right to conclude any contract for sale or purchase of Products for and / or on Your behalf and both You and Grown inn Steps have entered this Agreement on principal to principal basis.
Grievance Officer

Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms and conditions will be filed only in the Courts at New Delhi.
This Platform is controlled, operated and administered by the Grown inn Steps from offices in India. Grown inn Steps makes no representation that materials at this Platform are appropriate or available for use at locations outside India and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with all international and local laws, which may be applicable when You access this Platform.
Waiver
Grown inn Steps’ failure to act with respect to a breach by You or others, does not waive its right to act with respect to such breach, or subsequent or similar breaches.
Severability
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
Complete Agreement
These terms of use of Platform along with the terms, and policies referred to herein, represent the entire understanding relating to the use of the Platform and will prevail over any prior or contemporaneous, conflicting or additional, communications.
